The third floor includes two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, offering privacy and space for everyone.
This home has been freshly painted with new flooring throughout, brand-new furniture, and thoughtful upgrades throughout. Additional amenities include off-street parking for two cars, an on-street Dewey Beach parking pass, and a private outdoor shower—a must after a beach day.
