Built in 1960 by renowned Palm Springs architect Donald Wexler, the home sits on 1/4 acre, fully fenced, pool, spa. Amenities include saltwater pool (pool heat costs separately charged) and a Tesla wall charger in the carport.
All beds are of high quality as are kitchen stainless steel appliances and the bar is equipped with what you need to imbibe in style. 30 acres of natural desert landscape adjacent under towering Mt. San Jacinto mountains.
