It's perfect for your next family gathering with pool table, cocktail game table, two large living areas equipped with 55” surround sound entertainment, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining table seats 12 people easily, short walk to Sugar Pine lake (summer), wood stove and gas stoves for those chilly nights, outdoor gas fire pit, large deck for eating and entertaining the whole family. The basement can be a whole separate living area for more than one family with a queen size Murphy bed and a three tier bunk bed for the kids.
