Past the kitchen is the Master On Suite, with a queen bed, flat screen tv with Direct Tv, tub/shower combo and a covered deck with chairs overlooking the Intracoastal and the Matagorda Locks.
Walk up the stairs to the next level which has 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a standup shower. one bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a queen bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed with flatscreen Tv with Direct TV, opens to a covered deck with table and chairs overlooking the harbor and Intracoastal.
Up the stairs and you find yourself in a huge game room which has 2 twin beds, built-in cushioned seating on 2 sides, flat screen tv for playing games, game table(bumper pool and cards).
Launch your boat at the community boat ramp, park it in the boat slip right in front of unit which has a pier and a fish cleaning table.
