Summary: The room was decent for an ADA room. They were kind to give us more towels. The TV had some technical Internet issues but Jacob helped that works there after a second night of TV shutting down. The pool lifts were not working just like most hotels in the pool room. So my daughter had difficulty getting in. We chose to only go once during our stay because it was very difficult to get her in the water. I don’t think we will book here again but it was okay. Most hotels have these issues these days and people with challenges get short changed. Even a cruise we went on was non-compliant with the laws for people with disabilities.
