There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.

There is a meditation garden with exotic plants for your own personal serenity. Outdoor includes a cowboy pool, hot tub, sun tanners to lay outside in, a patio connected to the bedrooms, and a firepit area.
ENTERTAINMENT:
Outside firepit to keep you and your party warm, smart TV for entertainment needs, telescope for stargazing, and ping pong table for the competitive spirit.
PARKING:
Parking inside the gate to the house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
THE DRIVE:
Paved road up towards the property with a small diversion on a dirt road for about a block until you reach the property.
INTERNET:
The house has reliable high-speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway! You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool.
● We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.
● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.
● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.
● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.
● Children must be supervised at all times.
● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub

Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.

POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa.
NOTE: The pool and hot tub are currently undergoing maintenance, and we don't have an estimated timeline for when they will be fixed. Thank you for your understanding
