Summary: room had stains on the floor, the bedding had minor blemishes visible to the eye. bathroom was clean, but had no hand soap and very limited amounts of body wash and shampoo. staff are dismissive and disorganized and unhelpful. they gave us a key to an occupied room twice upon arrival.
