A large center island hosts quick breakfasts or a snack, while the adjacent dining room seats up to six guests at a modern midcentury-style dining set.
On the north end of the home are three masterfully appointed guest suites. At the end of the hall, you'll find a fabulous primary bedroom with en suite bath, king-sized bed, 40in SmartTV, and large closet. The bath includes a large walk-in rain shower and an elegant standalone bathtub. The two other guest rooms are stylishly decorated, and each is equipped with a plush queen-sized bed, 40-inch SmartTV, closet, and ceiling fan. A spectacularly designed shared bathroom is across the hall, complete with dual sinks, a walk-in glass rain shower, and a backyard access door.
The backyard, arguably the most important feature of any Palm Springs vacation home, does not disappoint. A sparkling oval-shaped pool and step-away spa are at its center, taking advantage of tremendous mountain views and plenty of sunshine due to the home’s west-facing orientation. The pool is remote-controlled and is accompanied by four sunning chaises. There is also a covered patio lounge area and outdoor dining for six. A gas BBQ grill completes the ensemble, making this destination ideal for cookouts and family gatherings. The property surrounding the home is well manicured, with hedges at the perimeter and citrus trees adding a sweet aroma during bloom.
More on the neighborhood: The Indian Canyons neighborhood is on the south side of Palm Springs, just minutes away from downtown and the Palm Springs International Airport. Nearby are the shops and restaurants of “the curve” on Palm Canyon Drive and the Smoke Tree Commons shopping center. Apart from the benefit of being on a golf course, there are also nearby hiking trails, a botanical garden, horseback riding, and several celebrity homes.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however, you are also responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.
