The licensee must be at least 55 years old as per the community guidelines. All other guests must be at least 17 years old. Two community passes (pool, spa, fitness center) are included, however, additional passes are $60 each for the duration of the lease or $5 each per day.
At 21,000 square feet.the athletic club houses fitness machines, an indoor track, and an indoor lap pool. There is also an outdoor resort pool which overlooks the phenomenal tennis courts, plus four lighted championship courts. Fine dining is available at Azul Restaurant and Bar, overlooking the golf course. Casa Colonias could not be located in a better community, perfectly landscaped for evening walks where you can enjoy the desert views.
The application fee of $38.00 is not included in the total booking amount. A $1,000 per month utility fee deposit is required at time of signing the agreement.

The outdoor area is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your company. Enjoy your morning coffee in the outdoor sitting area with room for six or more and stay cool under the patio ceiling fan. Your meals can be prepared on the propane-fueled barbecue and can be enjoyed on the patio table with room for six.
Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a large kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 70-inch HiSense Smart television in comfort with a switch-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as an LG french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for four. This home features an office with a workstation and a Full-sized Convertible Sofa Sleeper, great for those who need to work remotely. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Master Suite 1 is located next to the kitchen and features a King-sized Bed, 40-inch Sony Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower, and double vanity sinks.
Suite 2 is located past the office and features a Queen-sized Bed, 32-inch Samsung HD television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and a vanity sink.
