Biking/walking is also not very practical as a means of transportation, but this location is good for hiking or road biking for exercise.

Just a 5 minutes drive to the Westlake Village with plenty of delicious and classy restaurants as well as shopping Center that have cinemas, grocery stores, both local and more widely recognized stores, and 20 minutes driving to the Malibu beach.
Getting Around:
Having a car is a must. There are plenty of spaces to park around the house.
