Beginning Feb 1, 2025 we are changing to a long term stay policy. The city of San Diego definition of a long term stay is a month or longer. A month is defined as the period of consecutive days from the first calendar day of Occupancy in any month to the same calendar day in the next month following, or the last day of the next month following if no corresponding calendar day exists. 28 nights (per Vrbo) is NOT a long term stay in San Diego unless it is February in a non leap year.
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Weekly housekeeping service is available for an additional fee. There is a Cleaning included for each month of a long term stay and use of the owner’s washer and dryer are included on a weekly basis at a mutually agreed time of use.
We do not charge a separate fee for cleaning. Our cleaning standards were already high prior to Covid as reflected in our reviews, and remain high. We have imposed a 24 hour window between guests to allow time for the extra professional cleaning.
