The inviting home features all the Tahoe musts - wood fireplace in the living room, open floor plan in upper living room, dining room and kitchen. Updated decks, close to hiking trails and Chamberlands private beach.
The upper floor's living and kitchen area have an open floor plan with everything you need for cooking. This home is well kept with many vintage features of an old Tahoe cabin. Enjoy the large deck in the back with a morning coffee or good book. The kids and adults alike will love the lower floor ping pong room, designed for pure family fun.
On the middle floor, you have all three bedrooms. Two with queen beds and the third bedroom has three twin beds and a twin trundle if needed. The lower floor features the game room with a ping pong table.

On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to grab a burger or Chambers Punch at the Chambers Landing Bar and Grill, or a sandwich and groceries at Tahoma Market and Grill. For a night out, explore the restaurants in Tahoe City (less than 5 miles).
Parking:
Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
- Renters must be 25+.
- This is a non-smoking home.
- Pets are not allowed at this home.
- Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
- The use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in the winter months.
- Like most Tahoe homes, this one does not have air conditioning. Fans will be available for your stay.
