This beach themed home features a large living room with 65” smart TV, DVD, and free Roku streaming sites. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and a breakfast nook. An office/sitting room is located next to the second bedroom and there is also a desk in an upstairs alcove. The fenced back patio areas have plenty of seating, gas BBQ, dining set and a gas fire pit. No garage but there is ample street parking. We have miles of well maintained trails with breathtaking ocean and canyon views with benches, parks, restrooms and a playground along the way. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean are common areas including a well equipped gym, club house, and indoor and outdoor seating spaces with panoramic views the Pacific Ocean.
Walk across the street to The Outlets with shopping, theatre, restaurants, and hosting Cars and Coffee on Saturday mornings. The free trolley stops here so no need for a car to go to old town, metrolink, or the pier. 30 day minimum rental, no pets please. Weekly watering of a few potted plants is required.
