Completely renovated, bottom to top. Equipped with new, state of the art appliances, full kitchen, beautiful tile shower and all new furnishings. Private yard, smaller than next door but with similar new patio furniture and a shed with similar bikes and toys.
Consider renting both sides for getting together with family or friends. A gate usually locked between the two can be opened for making it easier to visit.
