Summary: The layout of the room was nice, but the room had not been fully cleaned. There were hairs on multiple surfaces, & both long and short (if you know what I mean) hairs in the sheets. I asked for another set & changed them myself. Also a large group kept running up/down the stairs & then standing in the hallway blocking the stairs.
