One of the bedrooms has been converted into a private office for your convenience. WiFi + Wired Ethernet located in the office as well.

Both the living room & the master bedroom have television equipped with cable!
OUTDOOR:
Large open patio equipped with misters, propane BBQ, & LED lighting. Kidney shaped pool with two different heating options (solar+gas). This home also has large mature fruit trees (orange, lemon & grapefruit). The peaceful sunsets & private yard creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing evening.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out
CHECKOUT DUTIES:
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

FESTIVALS:
Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

Cameras are in the backyard and front door and are only checked when there is a complaint, request or noise sensor go off. They do not record continuously.
