This home is strictly an animal-free zone due severe allergies of the owner & family. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed and if there is evidence of pets on the property this will result in a $1,500 fine along with any cleaning or damages caused by pets.
Please Note: re: HEATING THE POOL. Our pool is 10 ft. deep and it's a challenge to keep it heated until the ambient outdoor temperature is warmer.
Pool heating is only available during certain times of the year (May 1 - Oct 31)
The POOL is Unheated Nov 1– May 1. . It is very deep and takes up to 24 hours to heat. Much of the time, the pool is very comfortable unheated, given the ambient air temperature. ONLY STAFF CAN TURN ON THE HEATER.
Spring/Summer only (May 1-October 15) and it is approximately $350/day and it is subject to change depending on the cost from our local utility companies.
