Positive: The view is exceptional.

Negative: This quirky home is in dire need of some love and care. Certain lights don't work. To access the balcony you have to climb through a window. The spiral staircase case would be considered a WH&S hazard in Australia and is directly over the kitchen bench. It also makes it almost impossible to get your suitcase up to the loft room. The lower bedroom occupants can hear every step from the loft room. In short without the amazing rooms this home wouldn't be worth more than a 2 star motel in my opinion.

Summary: Old Quirky Home that needs upgrading.
