An elevator will take you to this elegant retreat! Upon entering, you will discover a beautifully decorated and sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one - perfect for entertaining family and friends. Channel your inner chef and surprise your guests with delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed open kitchen. The kitchen enjoys all stainless steel appliances, including a built-in microwave and oven. The elegant kitchen island provides additional seating. Wall-to-wall windows flood the living area with natural light and allow you to admire spectacular views from the comfort of your inviting sofa. Spread out comfortably and stream a favorite show or movie on the smart TV with streaming and cable, and if you start feeling cold, let the gas fireplace warm you up in the blink of an eye. Right behind the living room is a convenient wet bar with everything you need to prepare refreshing beverages. A balcony off of the living room adds that much-needed "outdoors touch" - gather around the gorgeous firepit and create everlasting memories with your loved ones.
The primary suite enjoys access to the balcony, a huge smart TV, and an en suite bath with a shower and a separate soaking tub. Remote workers have a dedicated working space with a desk and a monitor - this space can also be turned into a rec room with a large smart TV and sofa.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There will be a $150 HOA fee per stay that guests must pay and strict HOA rules guests must abide by.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
