Summary: Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a warm smile and great attention to detail. Their kindness made us feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored palace, full of charm and elegance. Every corner reflects careful craftsmanship and respect for the building’s history, creating a unique and atmospheric experience. The location is excellent—perfectly situated within a short distance of both Ragusa Ibla and the newer part of Ragusa, making it easy to explore the best of both areas. We stayed in Suite number 12, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the private jacuzzi, which added a touch of luxury and relaxation that we truly appreciated. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality stay.
