Take advantage of the newly installed firepit where s'mores and storytelling are the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The fish cleaning house is on-site for your convenience. Feel the cool sea breeze from Copano Bay on the back porch where you can chill sitting on the patio furniture or porch swing and fire up the gas grill to cook your catch of the day.

The sparkling kitchen is well-equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware.

BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and a 40” smart TV with a Blu-ray player. The main bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.
Find comfort in the second bedroom, which provides a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle underneath. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
The upstairs third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 32' smart TV. Please note this room is accessed via an exterior staircase.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The sprawling backyard offers plenty of room to relax and entertain. Fire up the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout, or enjoy a refreshing beverage on one of the spacious patios and relax on the porch swings.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
