A spacious oasis right on seasonal (June - July only) Lake Cascade, this three-bedroom home features beautiful architectural details like slanted wood beam ceilings and artisan mosaic work. You'll feel like you're at your own private lake lodge, with luxurious touches throughout this lovely space. For some of the best lake views in the house, you'll want to spend time in the attractively decorated living room. Leather sectional sofas, an ottoman, and overstuffed chairs are placed strategically around the large, open room. Track lighting provides a soft ambiance for settling back and enjoying this homey space. Great views of the outside can be had from any seat and there is a large glass door leading out to the deck. Loaded with country-chic charm, the open kitchen boasts hardwood floors, granite countertops, and a unique tile backsplash. Rain or shine, the covered back patio is also a very tempting option for enjoying meals! Head out through the glass door off the living room and you'll be rewarded with sweeping views and comfortable patio furniture. Throw some fresh fish on the gas grill for a special dinner surrounded by the great outdoors; after dinner. In the summer, the lake is definitely the place to be! There's fishing, boating, kayaking and just think; you'll have a front-row spot for all the adventure. Golfing is less than 15 miles away on the other side of the lake at Tamarack Resort. If you're feeling a bit daring, you can even take a zipline tour of the area. Come wintertime, the Donnelly area transforms into a seasonal wonderland of skiing, sledding, sleigh rides, and snowmobiling. There are a number of restaurant choices in town, but a little farther north in McCall, you'll find everything from microbrews and burgers at the McCall Brewing Company to upscale Italian outdoor dining at Romano's Ristorante. McCall also has plenty of shopping, galleries, and entertainment options, but before long you'll certainly want to head back to your wonderful lakefront getaway.

*Please note that Lake Cascade is a reservoir. The dock use for drop off and pick up is available only in June and July. In early August, the water level depletes in front of this property and often drops down to 1' at which point the dock and lake become marshy, shallow, and unusable. At this time, you may drop your boat off in nearby boat ramps.
*Please note that the dock is only available from July to August depending on the water level. It is not available to drop boat or park just for pick up and drop off.
