3 Bedroom House in Alpine Village, Bartlett
From the moment you walk into this newly built country home you will feel like you are home! Upon entrance you walk into a large open concept living space that includes a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and a 55" flat screen tv, a very well appointed kitchen and vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom features a king size bed .
The upstairs space includes 2 large bedrooms, the first guest bedroom has a king size bed and the other guest room features a queen size bed. This upstairs space also include a nice sitting area that overlooks the lower living area.
My favorite space in the home may be the lower level. This is a large open space that includes a second living space with plenty of comfortable seating and a 55" tv, a foosball table and an air hockey table and two bunk beds each with a twin bed on top and a full size bed on bottom. This is a perfect space for families as the adults can be upstairs unwinding around the gas fireplace while the kids are downstairs watching tv and playing games.
For the skiers in the group the home is only three minutes from both the Attitash and Bear Peak base lodges. You want a little winter adventure? Northern Extremes Snowmobiling is only 5 minutes from the home. Or if the weather is not cooperating you can head to North Conway and it's 100+ tax free outlets and great restaurants and it is only a 10 minutes away.
