With a private pool and hot tub, close proximity to Houston's best restaurants, and plenty of space for your loved ones, this getaway promises an unforgettable experience. W also have a sister property a 2 minute walk away that also sleeps 14 people that is great for wedding parties.

Our lovely 5 bedroom home, features a refreshing pool and jetted spa. We say refreshing because they are not heated but don’t fear Houston will provide the sun! Pool table, Cinema Room are also highlights in this 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home large kitchen and multiple lounge areas.
Guests have full access to entire home!
We are available if you need us, day or night!

Rule number one: Have fun!
Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay.
Occasionally there is a 3- night minimum during holidays or special events. That isn't very often and we can be very flexible with that, so just check in with me. .
We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs, just message us with any special requests or questions prior to booking. I'm happy to try and work with you.
Please check with us first if you will be hosting an event, we would love to accommodate you but will need to help arrange specifics so that our neighbors do not get disturbed. Please just check with us first so we can help you to have an enjoyable experience.
If you are looking to smoke there is plenty of space on the patio allowed outside. Just a reminder that there is no smoking of any kind permitted in the home. So just a reminder that if ashes, cigarettes, joints or smoking smells are found, you will be charged a $750 fee cleaning fee as it takes a lot of work to get the smell out in a big house like that before the next guest arrives. In addition there is a $500 fee if you or your guests disturb, move or turn off the smoke detectors as it is a safety concern and our guests safety is our highest priority.
No glitter or confetti, please. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.
Pets are usually very welcome, but please check with me first.
