DESERT BLISS, our upscale 2 story, 5 BR, 3 BA desert paradise is located on a quiet cul de sac in E Mesa. Unrivaled in resort style amenities, the exceptionally private backyard is a blissful oasis that includes a large grassy area for outdoor activities and games. Treat yourself to a splash in the salt water pool with optional heat, a luxurious soak in the hot tub or wine and dine on the covered patio. A covered gathering area in front of the built-in gas fireplace and outdoor TV is ideal for enjoying delectable grilled cuisine from the gas BBQ. Other outdoor entertainment includes a private putting green, corn hole game, ladder ball and frisbee toss. All of this plus mountain and sunset views could make this property your ideal home away from home!
Our richly appointed desert home overflows with ambiance and features a spacious floor plan, large windows and elegant yet comfortable furnishings. There is both a formal living room and family room with sectional seating and large smart TVs with satellite service. Adjacent to the kitchen and living room is a built-in bar for sipping on vintage wine and celebrating good living in sunny and warm Arizona.
The well stocked kitchen has high-end appliances and island seating. Create your finest gourmet meals on the 6 burner Wolf stove. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Doors in the kitchen open into the backyard oasis. Between the family room and kitchen is a dining area with table seating for 8. Our family friendly home includes a chair baby seat, portable playpen and children's games for our youngest guests.

ALL bedrooms except Bedroom 5 have smart and satellite serviced TVs and ceiling fans. The primary suite and 2 other bedrooms are upstairs. The elegant primary suite features a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and breathtaking views of mountains and sunsets. The en suite bath includes a luxurious garden tub with divine views, a separate shower plus two vanity sinks.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds, TVs and ceiling fans. They share Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo. On the ground floor are Bedrooms 4 and 5 that share Bathroom 3 with a tub-shower combo. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed; Bedroom 5 is outfitted with a queen size Murphy bed, a desk with a chair for your remote work and a direct Ethernet connection. No TV in Bedroom 5.
Our family friendly home includes a chair baby seat, portable playpen and children's games for our youngest guests. A dedicated and well stocked laundry room helps you keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. There is garage parking for 3 vehicles.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10).

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. Some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 day minimum.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25.00 per day, October 1 through April 30. There is a 4 day minimum.
All TVs are smart and satellite serviced.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
