Every amenity you could ever want for your getaway is at this 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 3000 square foot home on over 1/3 acre lot. Gorgeously appointed home - stylishly furnished w/ guests every need in mind. Endless activities for all ages in the huge, private backyard. 8 mins to TPC & 4 mins to upscale Kierland Commons. Open main living space w/ great separation of space for bedrooms & baths make this the ideal spot for family gatherings or friend vacations. Smart TV's in every room w/ YouTube TV & NFL Sunday Ticket so you're sure to not miss any of your favorite teams games, even on vacation. Spacious primary w/ designated work space, as well as lounging area for ample privacy away from the rest of the home. Primary also has private access to backyard.
Vast backyard is filled with fun activities for people of every age and well spread out so there is ample room for everyone. The spacious pool can be heated October through April (additional fee of $75/day (minimum 3 days) or $450/week. There are poolside chaise lounges for enjoying the Arizona sun and a large umbrella you can open if you need some shade. There is an outdoor dining table that seats 8 with a large umbrella with lights should you want to dine at night under the stars. Propane BBQ for grilling. Hot Tub. The East side of the backyard is for all of the golf loving guests! You will have so much fun playing on the 5 hole putt-putt course which is lit up at night with cafe lights and light up balls for extra fun. Guests will enjoy the large covered patio with two ceiling fans over the comfortable sofa next to a propane fire pit. Just beyond the covered patio you will find a 3 hole putting green where golfers can practice their short game before playing one of the many world renowned Scottsdale golf courses just a short drive away. On the West side of the backyard guests will have fun playing bocce ball, ping-pong under a large patio cover, or indulging in life-size chess or checkers. Guests can also enjoy another propane fire-pit with chairs positioned around it for ultimate fireside visiting with family & friends in the evening. There are drying racks for your pool towels and additional yard games like light up corn-hole, large Jenga, ladder-ball & more!
Primary suite: Extra large bedroom overlooking backyard with private exterior access to yard. King bed, sectional sofa, desk with chair, electric fireplace, smart TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, luggage rack, large bathroom with floating double sink vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower with dual shower heads, & private toilet area. Plenty of room to set up the provided pack-n-play in the primary suite if you have a little one.

There is a full bathroom across from bedrooms 2 & 3 that has a floating double sink vanity & tub/shower combo.
"TEEN WING SUITE": Bedroom #4: Twin trundle bed, smart TV, hook & ring, private exterior access to backyard. Bedroom #5: Twin bed, smart TV, PacMan video game, large Connect4. *There is not a door between bedrooms 4 & 5, bedroom 4 & 5 share a large L shaped space that has been created to feel like 2 individual rooms so there is privacy between the two but no door. These two rooms share a large private bathroom with floating double sink vanity and large walk-in tile shower. You cannot access this bathroom from the main living area without walking through bedroom #4. Please see floor plan drawing in pictures or message host if you have questions.
Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for short or long-term stays. Enjoy stainless appliances, large island with 4 barstools overlooking the beautiful dining table with space for 8. Wine refrigerator in bar area near kitchen. Keurig coffee maker with large pot drip or single serve options. Plasticware for outside drinking and dining. Kids dishes, cups, and silverware. The living area has comfortable sofa and chairs for relaxing while watching the large smart TV equipped with YouTube TV & Sunday NFL Ticket mounted over the electric fireplace. Guests can also shoot pool while meals are being made and your favorite teams game is on TV. Board games for all ages.
There is a couch with a pull-out queen bed near kitchen/bar area where wine refrigerator is located. With this bed being utilized the home could sleep 11, however that area cannot be privatized and is near the back slider which has no window coverings. There is an additional charge of $20/night, per person, over 9 guests - up to 11 total guests max. Please message host to discuss if you will have more than 9 guests.

Pool heat is additional $75/day for a minimum of 3 days or $450/week. We need minimum 48 hour notice to heat the pool, it takes time, especially in the middle of winter. Pool heater will be controlled by management remotely. Please understand that a pool heater can only do so much when the temperatures at night are in the 30's and there isn't a pool cover.
The pool is serviced once a week. You will be made aware of the day and approximate time the pool service arrives. Landscaper comes every week, you will be made aware of landscaping day and approximate time upon check-in. Pest control comes once a month, we will let you know if your stay coincides with a pest control visit.
All essentials are provided: sheets, towels, pool towels, paper products, shower toiletries and laundry supplies. High speed internet throughout, YouTube TV subscription is provided. Each room has a ceiling fan and room darkening shades.
Guests have access to the entire home plus the attached 2 car garage & the entire backyard. Only area guests do not have access to is the closet located in the laundry room, cabinets under the backside of the kitchen island, & a locked cabinet in the garage.

There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard pointing at any of the main lounging areas or anywhere around the pool. There are two cameras on the side of the home that point at side gate entrances to the backyard, as well as two cameras in the front of the house near front entry and over the garage pointing at the driveway.
