Enjoy this beautiful two story Townhouse/Condo where no one is either below or above you. The condo is stocked with everything you will need throughout your stay including all kitchen essentials, dishes, wine glasses, pots & pans, and appliances including a full size refrigerator with automatic ice maker. Unit also has it's own washer and dryer.
There is a one half bathroom downstairs and a 3/4 bath upstairs with a walk in shower. One bedroom has a queen-size bed with balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains and pool, plus a walk- in closet. The other bedroom has a king-sized bed and two closets. The private patio just off the kitchen on the main level is a great place to BBQ and entertain friends and only steps away from assigned covered parking and resort-style pool and spa.
The living room is equipped with a large smart TV and included wifi internet throughout the home. The main bedroom also has it's own SMART TV. The complex is pet friendly and owner will allow a small pet with an additional cleaning fee.
The pool is heated year round and perfect for lap swimming or floating on your raft. The large hot tub is perfect for a long soak after a day of golfing or pickle ball, or just a wonderful spot to lounge all day long.
