Travel Purpose: business

Positive: My room and bathroom were modern, clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable. I liked that daily room service was provided (without having to ask for it). The heated pool and spa were a nice bonus and very usable even in "winter". Breakfast is not included, which is arguably better because it offers greater flexibility.

Negative: I got a room on the ground floor overlooking the parking lot (I would estimate 20% of their rooms are similar). Not a great view + the room did not feel very private with the blinds open. Drink prices at breakfast were not clearly communicated (they are not on the card + they charged me $5 for a tiny - not fresh - orange juice + the free water on offer was not mentioned).
