A cozy, moody- styled house nestled in the Sante Fe Arts district—minutes from it all! 2 minutes from South Broadway, 5 minutes from the heart of downtown Denver, 10 minutes away from RiNo; you can get just about anywhere in Denver in 15 minutes or less from here—trails included!
The space
Fully private ground level of stacked duplex: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bath, 1 full sleeper couch. Full kitchen and living room, and washer/dryer access. A desk in one room (+ high speed wifi) available for those who may be working remotely, but there’s additional seating at the counter bar or dining table.
You’ll have to pardon some of our progress outside. Our little 120 year old abode stands beautiful, historic, and tall, but she wasn’t that way when we found her. The inside has been remodeled and has bits of her original pieces mixed in with her much needed face lift, but the outside is still in the works. As we slowly make updates, you might happen upon 2x4 or some backboard in the side yard and in those moments, we ask your pardon. Nonetheless, we’ll not be doing any work with guests present and to that end, we will do our best to keep any works-in-progress tidied and out of view.
The front yard is fenced but leads into the backyard, which connects to the neighbors yard and is escapable from the back.

Other things to note
As noted above we are giving an aesthetic upgrade to the exterior of the house, but disrupting work will never be done during stays. That being said, please do not book if the look of the outside of the house gives you a negative experience. Thank you!
We have a pet fee of $25 per pet per 2 nights. Following 2 nights, the nightly rate per pet is $10. For example: 1 dog for 3 nights = $35. We will adjust for pricing upon booking.
