Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.
- The washer and dryer are conveniently located outside the studio, behind the double doors.
- Please note that all outdoor furniture, including grills, will be stored for the winter months at the Tahoe Market.
- There are 2 buoys available for rent as a VAS at $150 per day, per buoy. Life vests are required and provided in the backyard storage room. Guests are welcome to use the small boat provided, but it must be returned after each use. A small trailer may be parked in the driveway or out front, with launching available at designated nearby marinas. Please note: personal buoys are not permitted.

- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
