You must show a valid credit card and photo id upon check in. this credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation, please note there is a nzd 1 credit card pre authorization required upon arrival to cover incidental charges, please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a credit card, all guests must sign the property's terms of stay, starting from 13 october 2025, essential upgrade works to replace one of our two guest elevators will commence. this project is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing guest comfort and safety. , during this period, one elevator will be unavailable, and guests may experience noise during standard work hours (9am – 5:30pm). the works are expected to continue for approximately 2 to 3 months, from 2 february 2026 for approximately three months, we will be installing a brand-new guest elevator. some noise may occur during working hours on weekdays between 8:30am and 5:30pm. we will do everything possible to minimize disruption during this time, thank you for your understanding and for supporting our ongoing efforts to enhance the property, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
