This climate has beautiful days throughout the year. We get an occasional snow but it usually melts by the next day. 2 routes into the neighborhood offer convenience and a short 12-15 minute drive to town. Located just up DW Ranch Road off Interstate 40 makes getting back on the road a snap. Watch for cows!

Be on the lookout for snakes in the warm months. While there are mountain lions in these mountains, I've never seen one in 30 years of living here and exploring the Hualapais.
