10 acres of space with self-parking for 100 cars offers you the flexibility to plan your own custom Event. Weddings, Birthday parties, Reunions, Photo Shoots, Corporate Events, Retreats, Quinceanera's, and Film Productions. All with minimal rules and regulations.
Unique gathering spaces include lakeside sandy beach, brand new dock, indoor air-conditioned space, and large grassy areas all with incredible views of the Vista Santa Rosa Mountains. For no additional fee, there are two 40' by 20 ' white vinyl tents included in our rental pricing.
The 4 Bedroom 2 Bath house is clean and contemporary, offering you and your immediate guests' room to prep for your special day. The large Professional Chef's Kitchen may be rented for your Caterer for an additional fee and is close to the Event area.
