Located in the heart of Tahoe Swiss Village, this large 7 Bedroom 3.5 Bath home is perfect for families or a group of friends and can accommodate up to 13 guests. With a huge front deck and cozy family room, dining area and kitchen, you'll love the simple family friendly characteristics throughout. Take a short 2 block walk down to the beach or catch the bike trail and head out for miles. Or, if you're a boater, you'll love the private access to the HOA's buoy field (additional fees apply). This home has two levels with 7 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths. The downstairs level includes the main family room, dining area and kitchen. It also includes the master suite (bedroom & bathroom), 2 additional bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Upstairs includes an additional 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. There is also a very large deck on the front of the home that is great for gatherings with family or friends. The home itself is well cared for and appointed with all the basics that should make your stay enjoyable. You'll have full access to the entire home with exception of the garage below the deck (as that is locked off for owner's use only). Additionally, there are a few closets throughout the house that are locked and contain owner's personal items.
