The open floor plan has a lush, living space and double-sided propane fireplace with separate library and reading room. The kids will love the loft area that has a decorative and well-constructed wrought iron railing and plenty of space to play.
Spacious kitchen has a gas range, nice finishes, and plenty of counter space. A private, informal dining nook extends from the kitchen. There is a dedicated formal dining room for those special meals. Elevated counter with seating for two is open to the living room so the chef du jour can be part of the conversation.
Accommodate up to ten guests in comfort with the four bedrooms and three full and one-half baths. This lovely home has two Master Suites: each with a king-sized bed and each with an attached bath. Two spacious guest rooms share a hall access bathroom with side-by-side shower and tub and his/her sinks. Each guest room has a queen-sized bed. There is an additional “half” guest bath on the main level. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper. Guests can relax in comfort any time of the year with central heating and central air conditioning. Enjoy an evening soak in the private Hot Tub!
This home is well situated to the McCall Municipal Golf Courses, Ponderosa State Park, downtown beaches, shopping, and dining and is just minutes from back country access to the Payette National Forest east of Payette Lake.
