You will be enveloped in natural light that flows through the main living area. The open gourmet kitchen has an island table, quartz counters, stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, and Viking gas cook top.
4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms will accommodate a maximum of 10 guests, cozied up in the crisp white linens. If work calls and you need a quiet area, use the desk in the second master bedroom.
Have some fun shooting pool in the game room or swimming in the pool with family and friends (heated for those chilly AZ winters). Want to do something else? Why not play on your very own volleyball court or practice your putting on the backyard putting green before going to any of the prestigious golf courses around the Phoenix valley? Grill up outside with the outdoor kitchen after a long day and enjoy the privacy that this home gives.
