We do not profit or add any surcharge from utility fees as they are directly paid to the utility company and must be paid in advance.

This beautiful home is located in a quiet, safe community. Please be respectful of the home and our neighbors. It is against the law in Palm Springs to play music outside, have loud parties at night, host commercial events, and hosting large groups.

There is a three car garage to accommodate several vehicles. Both Uber and Lyft service Palm Springs and can arrive within minutes of your request.
