Summary: Yes, staff were very nice. We had to wait quite a while for our room. When we got into our room, we wanted to take a shower after traveling from early morning. There was no towels in room. We called twice and finally a nice lady arrived with them. The Valet parking is $50 @ night on top of $180 of other fees for three nights brought our trip up qukte a bit!! It does not say the correct amount on website for parking. I do not think its fair to. Harge these prices. We have stayed in this hotel many times when it was tahoe resort and Embassy suites. I dont know if we will stay again due to additional costs not told before our arrival!! Such a pity!!
