remodeled Lake House in Port Duncan on Monkey Island. Beautiful neighborhood to take walks in and enjoy nature! Granite countertops, wood floors and stainless appliances. Half bath downstairs. Master bedroom, with queen bed downstairs with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Walk in closet. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with with Queen bed and one with full size and one twin size. Full bathroom upstairs. Washer and dryer. Cute balcony thats off the top bedrooms which is very private and makes you feel like your in a tree house. Sleeps 7 adults. Pull out trundle for children so more sleeping arrangements. Large sectional sofa can also be used for additional sleeping. Garage has extra refrigerator for additional storage! High speed internet with WiFi. Beautiful large Trex deck that wraps around the back of the home. The extra large deck is shared with owners but you are private from their side. Very nice view from the deck onto the cove and down to the boat dock. Deep cove for fishing from the dock. Gas grill on the deck with plenty of lounging and eating spaces. Safe comfortable neighborhood with lots of trees and wildlife. Deer are everywhere!!
