Casa Caliente is located between downtown Palm Springs and the new downtown Cathedral City Shopping District within a gated community the redefines resort living. The house is appointed for comfort with three full bedrooms, three full restrooms with showers, a large dining room inside, and another one outside, two balconies, comfortable places to relax outside, a private spa, and a private pool.
It is a great place for living and an even better place for relaxing with broad mountain views yet walkable access to stores and restaurants. The house features a master suite, and a junior suite on the second floor, both with large balconies and mountain views. The ground floor bedroom has an adjoining full bath. The house features a fully-appointed kitchen and a relaxing living room that includes a fireplace.
Outside there are four separate living spaces including the two large balconies connected to the second floor suites, a front courtyard great for morning breakfast or a luxurious evening dinner, and poolside with lounging in and out of the pool, and a fire pit for cool evenings.
In addition to the private pool on the property, there is a large community pool and spa across the street in the common area of this small, gated community.
We keep it simple. We don't charge cleaning fees or fees to heat the pool (except during November through April when you can heat the pool for $25 per day). We provide enough consumables like soap and toilet paper to get you started, but you should be prepared to buy more during your stay.
This is a quiet residential community. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7am. During this time amplified music outside is prohibited. As part of this rental you will need to agree to abide by the HOA Rules for the community.
This is a non-smoking home and the rule is strictly enforced. There is no smoking, electronic cigarettes, or vaping of any substance, inside or out. If you violate this rule, we will deep clean the premises and charge you a $5,000 cleaning fee.
Every-other week housekeeping is available for $170 per service or you are welcomed to contract your own service to clean.
