We take our cleaning procedures seriously and are committed to providing the highest level of cleanliness that matches or exceeds those found in most hotels. Since we are smaller in scale, we can implement processes that may not be available for larger properties. The following are some of the precautions that we take for all stays.
A. Equipment
• Cleaning equipment is cleaned and disinfected before and after use to minimize risk of contamination
• PPE includes disposable single use gloves, masks, and shoe covers
• Any single use items disposed of safely after use
B. Cleaners and Training
• Trained on how to use and care for and properly dispose of PPE
• Equipped with fit for purpose PPE during cleaning process
• Implement enhanced hand hygiene (washing both hands and forearms for at least twenty seconds before and after removing gloves)
C. Cleaning and disinfection process
• Detergent and soap/water used for 3-5 minutes leaving enough time to disinfect
• High touch surfaces prioritized
• Linens washed at highest temperature and dried completely before storing
