This beautiful lake view home was recently remodeled by owner/architect Elise Fett. Enjoy stunning views of the lake whether inside or outside. Inside the home you will find every attention to detail. Centrally located, this property allows you to conveniently enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer. We offer up to $66 of discounts per booking to all of Incline Village's amenities (golf, skiing, tennis, rec center).
Great room features vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, HD TV; dining room table expands to seat 10; study has working desk and a gas fireplace; kitchen features gas range, oven/convection oven, two microwaves, warming drawer, 2 dishwashers, wine cooler, veggie sink; master bedroom features a king bed, double steam shower with body spray, two sinks, soaking tub, fireplace, HD TV; bedroom #2 has a king bed; bedroom #3 has a queen bed; bedroom #4 is a separate suite (outside access) with a king bed, shower/bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a tub shower bathroom and there is a full bath on the main level. House is 3 stories tall with main living area and entry on the top level. The garage structure is in a separate building on the property and not included in the rental. We operate a small architectural office in the office under the garage. All windows in the garage structure are frosted on the house side for guest privacy.
