The extensively remodeled and beautifully appointed kitchen has kicky quartz counter tops, plenty of handy small appliances and even a quartz desk for office work. Light rules the upper story, where all the bedrooms and even the bath have picture-perfect views of the ocean. A queen bedroom with pillow top looks out to the ocean and has TV with cable, a king bedroom with pillow top looks north and west with a 32” TV with sound bar, cable, DVD and Netflix, and the east bedroom looks north to Haystack Rock, which is perfectly framed in the large picture window. That room includes a queen and a sleeper sofa that opens to a twin bed, TV/DVD and even a collection of children’s DVDs. A window to the beach gives the upstairs bath added light and luxurious appeal and there are two wash basins. Upstairs bedrooms have blackout blinds and all blinds in the house are cordless.
