This is a newly remodeled condominium filled with absolute privacy and cozy comfort. There are 2 bedrooms including the master suite (with a King Size Bed) with its own balcony offering even more fantastic views. The guest room is well equipped with a Double (full) Size Bed and small desk so you can take in the views while on your Zoom calls. Each bedroom includes a big screen wall mounted Smart Roku TV and the Family room includes an even larger Roku TV with soundbar and bluetooth capability. Enjoy all of your favorite streams effortlessly by logging into your accounts.
Access includes the main floor, living room, kitchen, laundry, 1/2 bath and private deck as well as the upstairs guest bathroom, guest bedroom, and primary suite (with private balcony) and primary bathroom.
One block from the center of downtown Port Orchard. There are restaurants, bars, and retail shops just a few-minute walk away. There is a passenger ferry nearby that can take you to Bremerton and Seattle. This unit has a HIGH walkability score!
Public Transit, Taxi/Uber is available from your front door. Cars not necessary, there is so much available within five to ten minutes of walking. If you do have a car, you will park right on the street a few steps from the front door and a parking permit will be provided for you.
The kitchen has been completely renovated with all new appliances, cabinets, and the latest offerings including romantic accent lighting. The couch in the Family room turns into a twin bed. There is a gas barbeque on the main balcony that is connected to natural gas (so no unexpected trips to refill a propane bottle). There is plenty of parking on the street with the provided parking permit (1 permit included per stay, up to 14 days per permit).
