Golf cart included! Come stay in paradise and treat yourself to this premium, corner condo in Hamilton Cove with jaw-dropping ocean views from its massive balcony! Our place is drenched in natural sunlight due to having rare corner windows, three sets of dual French doors with glass which deliver stunning ocean views from every window, and the dining area with wraparound bay windows. Wake up to some of the most beautiful sunrises you can imagine, sip your morning coffee from our new Cuisinart coffee center, and watch for pods of dolphins swimming along the ocean below. Your vacation stay includes our entire condo to yourself (a spacious bedroom, huge open concept living room with wooden beamed ceilings, the bonus corner niche room with daybed and trundle (no door), a well-stocked kitchen, dining room, a sumptuous bath with tub, shower, dual sinks, and a separate toilet room. Just added are two brand new, 2023 LG smart TVs — 65” in the living room and 55” in the bedroom, business-class 5G WiFi, and 4-seat golf cart! We do have a full-sized washer and dryer in a laundry closet that is dedicated to our condo and not shared. Hamilton Cove is a gorgeous resort community whose oceanfront location offers a pool, spa, fitness facilities, two saunas, Hamilton Cove beach, 18-hole mini golf, tennis courts, a kids' playground, beach volleyball courts, and outdoor grills. There is free dedicated parking in an exclusive use parking space on the top road and the closest parking spot you can come to from the condo. Some condos have golf cart parking at the base of the community, but ours is about five feet from the stairway, so ultra convenient. Floor plan: the condo opens to an entry hallway with spacious bathroom with shower, soaking tub and dual sinks to the right. On the left is a beautiful bedroom with King bed, new 680-thread count sheets, pillow cases and pillows, dual nightstands and large dresser. The mirrored wardrobe closet features lots of storage and there's a 2023 LG smart TV with streaming services. Directly ahead is a very spacious living room which opens to the ocean with large view windows, three sets of French doors with glass, and bay windows which enclose the dining area. Please note: Hamilton Cove’s Homeowner’s Association no longer allows guests to invite guests during the day unless they are included in the reservation sent to the guard station. Presently, our vacation rental license allows for a maximum of 4 guests, unless the fifth guest is an infant (12 months or younger.) If you have more than 4 in your party, message Host about our sister property which is also a corner condo with amazing views, as there’s a possibility of renting both condos for the same dates.
