While we want you to have an amazing time, this is not the house for a party atmosphere as we have quiet neighbors on both sides. This exceptional home features an open floor plan including a large great room with a wine fridge and separate guest casita. As you enter thru the gates of the private courtyard, you'll notice the custom putting green along with lighted rock waterfall. The spacious detached casita off of the courtyard has a full bath, and offers plenty of privacy. Located on a corner lot, this home is a golfer's dream, with fairway and mountain views, and offers exceptional space. Imagine yourself sitting on the back patio or lounging in the pool on the baja shelf while sipping on a glass of wine and enjoying the fabulous views over the fairway to the east. The sun hits the backyard in the morning, but sets behind you for the ideal afternoon. If you want some shade though we have a 9' sun umbrella you can stick right in the pool on the baja shelf. There is also an umbrella to use while barbecuing at the island. Backyard private pool and spa, fire pit, BBQ island, plenty of shade, and misters to keep you and your guests cool. For cooler nights, enjoy the gas firepit.
Beautiful kitchen with everything you'll need to whip up meals for you and your guests. Large kitchen island with seating for 3. The dining table seats 6, but can be expanded for 8. Extra wine fridge in the dining room to keep all of your drinks the perfect temperature. The large master has a King size bed and a huge lovely bathroom with a large shower, sinking tub, two sinks and a separate vanity. The second bedroom has two queen beds and attached bathroom with shower and tub. Two of the bedrooms are in the main living space. The third is in its own private casita, perfect for when guests come to visit. The detached casita has a king bed, couch, mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker in the kitchenette. Fully equipped with pool toys, games, DVD library and all amenities. Just bring your toothbrush and get ready to relax.
There is a large two car garage and driveway. PGA West is a laid back and quiet gated community that features six golf courses, three of which are open to the public. There are two public clubhouses and our home is a quick car or bike ride to both of them. The Tournament Clubhouse is recently remodeled with a huge patio, amazing views and great food. The club is a full service golf facility with professional instruction and great practice areas. The three public courses include the Nicklaus Tournament Course, the Greg Norman Resort Course and the TPC Stadium Course. The La Quinta Resort is just ten minutes away and features two more public courses.
We utilize a professional property manager located just down the road. The home will be professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. Should you wish to have it cleaned during your stay, just let me know and we can make arrangements for that as well for an additional cost. There is an outdoor camera in the backyard that is monitored when the house is not occupied.
