One queen bed per room equipped with quality hardwood furniture, decorations, TVs and Rokus. The space can sleep 4 adults. Owner lives in the other side of the house; there are no shared spaces and a locked door separates both sides. Blocks from the center of historic Ocean Beach and popular Dog Beach. Kitchenette only.
Your private suite is accessible at the front of the property through a locked gate to the side. Walk down 4 stairs to your sitting area and the front door of the guest suite. The entire space has stone flooring which keeps everything cool throughout the year. Enjoy a modern bathroom that has a standing/sitting shower with natural rainfall and adjustable power jets.
A large closet off the main bedroom contains lots of storage space as well as a kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave, kettle and a number of utensils. Both bedrooms have air purifiers that run consistently for those that are sensitive to coastal climates. If you want to enjoy the beach I can provide towels, boogie boards, umbrella and a cooler.
Ocean Beach is located under the flight path of San Diego International Airport. The home is insulated against sound, but flights go from 5:30 AM to midnight. High speed WiFi is available free of charge, and a desk to work from. Self check-in/out is available through a lockbox and locked gate.
