Our property sits on a large 836m2 fully fenced section with established gardens. We have a number of swan plants, so there are usually lovely monarch butterflies to enjoy, and sometimes a beautiful sunset. The yard is completely screened from neighbors and the road with well-grown hedges and shelter trees. We also have a large deck and outdoor furniture that you are welcome to use.

We are also just a 5-minute' drive from ToiOhomai Technical College and 2 minutes' drive or a 10-minute walk from Grace Hospital. Access to many neighbouring destinations like Rotorua, Hobbiton, and Whakatane is approximately a one-hour drive.
