This rare combination of 2 ocean view units — SC-15354 - a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1575 sq. ft. cottage and SC--1535B - a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 600 ft. bungalow — is a great choice for a family, or small groups traveling together.
Both homes have exceptional ocean views - the cottage has a view patio and the bungalow a view balcony where you can watch multi-colored sunsets and watch the waves crashing just 300 foot away while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening libation. Evening views showcase the sun sinking into the shimmering Pacific with Catalina Island in the background.
Both have comfortable, spacious great rooms. The living room area in the cottage has 3 ocean view seating areas, a flat screen TV, and a fireplace. It allows for separate activities while everyone is still together. Two of the couches have queen sofa beds so 4 can sleep comfortably in this space.
The bungalow’s great room also has a comfortable living room with a view and a large flat screen TV. The couch here is also has sofa bed, so the living area can sleep 2 comfortably. The two homes sleep 12 comfortably in beds with a total of 3 baths. Each bed and bathroom is furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
As part of the great room each home also has a fully equipped kitchen that has all the amenities you need to create meals and snacks for everyone! The cottage has a dining room that seats 10 and a kitchen bar with high-top stools; the bungalow has a table that seats 4. For added convenience there is a full guest bath located near the kitchen and living areas.
The master bedroom in the cottage has a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a microwave.
Delight in awakening to the waves and dolphins. The master bath, open to the bedroom, features a mirrored vanity with dual sinks. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable. It has a couch that can convert to another sleeping space.
The cottage’s intimate master bedroom provides guests with plush furnishings and a comfortable retreat to rest after a long day of sun and surf. The clean and modern bathroom is the perfect size for a couple or a small family.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
