The main level offers warmth and elegance, starting with the open foyer and the great room's fireplace, HDTV, and comfortable seating; a very well-equipped kitchen that can accommodate "too many cooks", and generous dining space; a guest bedroom and bath in the Northwest corner; and finally, the luxurious Master Suite that features a plush King bed, tall windows for natural light and beautiful Southeast views of the Blue Mountains, an enormous private bath with shower, soaking tub, and sizable walk-in closet.
The top-level greets you with a cozy sitting area and custom desk then reveals two unique bedrooms - boasting some of the best views seen from the estate! The bedrooms are joined by a lovely shared bathroom.
Venturing downstairs to the spacious daylight ground floor features another private bedroom and bath, plus a large formal sitting area, a grand 2-sided fireplace, and a cinematic entertainment space with 75-inch HDTV and seating for the entire group! There's even a kitchenette for your movie-time snacks!
Finally, the expansive and accommodating exterior offers something for everyone. From the driveway's sturdy basketball hoop, the vast lawn that surrounds the property, a covered patio equipped with dining area, fireplace, and casual seating for relaxing, the panoramic views of the breathtaking mountains and valley, to the premium 6-person hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
Your West Walla Walla valley location is the perfect jumping-off point for wine country tours, starting with half a dozen wineries and tasting rooms less than a mile from the house.
Less than 5 minutes West of the house is one of the Northwest's best golf experiences, Wine Valley Golf Course. Wineries such as Long Shadows, L'ecole, and Reininger are minutes from the front door!
Venturing a few miles East brings you into the heart of Walla Walla's historic downtown, where you'll find tasting rooms, fine dining, shopping, and exceptional local art.
Traveling South will take you into the heart of Walla Walla's main wine district, where you can enjoy a flight of your favorite wine. Many wineries also serve appetizers or lunch.
What's best is returning to peace and quiet offered by this beautiful home after a day of golf, wine tasting, or exploring all that Walla Walla has to offer!
Getting Around:
Your private drive is directly connected to Highway 12, which is your quick connection to the entire valley. Many wineries are nestled within a mile in all directions from the house (several are just across the highway on the old Highway 12). Downtown Walla Walla (2nd Street Exit) is about a 10-minute drive East, and Lowden (with a few world-renowned wineries of its own) is only 5 minutes West. The Walla Walla Regional Airport is about 20 minutes East.
Animals:
No animals of any type allowed on the property due to severe allergies in the host family.
